Evan Sohn
Chairman and CEO
Evan has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July 1, 2020, and our Chairman since April 2019. Evan has a history in high growth technology startups that have led to acquisitions, including Logix, Inc. (mobile computing) by IMS Health in 1999, Omnipod (instant messaging) by MessageLabs in 2006, MessageLabs (security) by Symantec in 2010, Global Bay (mobile) by Verifone in 2013 and Poynt (payments) by GoDaddy in 2020. Evan is the Co-founder and Vice President of the Sohn Conference Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to treating pediatric cancer and related childhood diseases, and has raised over $90 Million through a global hedge fund conference series. Evan holds seven patents in telecommunications, mobile education, medical instrumentation, and medical data capture. He is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Management and is a regular contributor to CNBC.
Miles Jennings
Founder and President
Miles has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2020. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of publicly-traded Truli Technologies, Inc., and its hiring platform development subsidiary, VocaWorks, Inc., before its merger with Recruiter.com. Earlier, Miles pioneered socially enabled websites and tools for the recruitment industry and created many of the industry's first and most significant social media groups, which totaled over 3 million members. He is a current Entrepreneur Leadership Network Contributor to Entrepreneur.com and has published thought leadership on hiring, startup growth, education, and career development in publications such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Miles is the Founder and President of CT Capital Partners, LLC, a management advisory firm, and its Start in School venture, which helps accelerate the ideas and work of promising young entrepreneurs. Earlier in his career, Miles worked in management and sales roles at Modis, an Adecco division, and Indeed.com. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a degree in philosophy.
Judy Krandel, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Judy has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since June 25, 2020. From November 2016 until December 2019, she served as Chief Financial Officer and then Senior Business Development Consultant for PeerStream, Inc. From March 2012 until November 2016, Judy was the Portfolio Manager for Juniper Investment Company, a small-cap hedge fund. Judy spent the earlier part of her career as an equity analyst and portfolio manager focusing on small-cap public equities. She currently sits on the board of directors of Lincoln First Bancorp and serves on the board of directors of Snap Interactive and Cynergistek in the digital media and healthcare cybersecurity industries. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance and the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago with an MBA in finance and accounting.
Ashley Saddul
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Ashley has served as our Chief Technology Officer since April 2019. Before his appointment, Ashley had served as the Chief Technology Officer of Recruiter.com since August 2010. Prior positions include work at Simpli, a search startup, and technology management positions at Bank of America. He is a graduate of Murdoch University with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Rick Roberts
SVP Enterprise Staffing
Rick has managed and grown our managed services and enterprise staffing division since April 2019, when Recruiter.com purchased Genesys, an artificial intelligence sourcing platform focused on building proactive talent clouds for enterprise customers, which Rick founded and served as President from May 2016 through March 2019. From September 2010 until May 2016, Rick was the President of Genuent, LLC, a staffing company focused on niche, high-margin segments. He received a master’s degree in business and education from Texas Tech University.
Jacqueline Loeb
SVP Scouted
Jacqueline joined Recruiter.com in February 2021 as Senior Vice President through the acquisition of Scouted, where she was the CEO and co-founder. Scouted is a venture capital-backed tech startup focused on unlocking human potential by developing deep insights into candidates using video screening and proprietary scoring algorithms. Before founding Scouted, Jacqueline spent more than five years at Bridgewater Associates, where she held a variety of roles focused on talent management, operations management, and business strategy, including managing the campus recruitment process for the Investment Associate Program. With her Scouted Co-founder, Robin Levine, Jacqueline ran one of Bridgewater’s core talent pipelines and, together, they reviewed over 250,000 candidates from interns to executives. Jacqueline received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in Economics, modified with engineering sciences.
Josh McBride
SVP Upsider
Josh joined Recruiter.com in March 2021 through the acquisition of Upsider, where he was the CEO and co-founder. Upsider is an Artificial Intelligence Platform that adds more data, intelligence, and automation into the candidate sourcing process. Before founding Upsider, Josh was the SVP Sales and Business development for social marketing platform Offerpop, which was among the 50 fastest-growing companies in the US during that time. Prior to Offerpop, Josh spent ten years at CheetahMail, most recently as VP Sales, helping them grow from a start-up to the largest company in their space with over $200M in recurring revenue. Experian acquired CheetahMail. Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Wagner College in Marketing & Finance.
