Evan Sohn
Chairman and CEO
Evan has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July 1, 2020, and our Chairman since April 2019. Evan has a history in high growth technology startups that have led to acquisitions, including Logix, Inc. (mobile computing) by IMS Health in 1999, Omnipod (instant messaging) by MessageLabs in 2006, MessageLabs (security) by Symantec in 2010, Global Bay (mobile) by Verifone in 2013 and Poynt (payments) by GoDaddy in 2020. Evan is the Co-founder and Vice President of the Sohn Conference Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to treating pediatric cancer and related childhood diseases, and has raised over $90 Million through a global hedge fund conference series. Evan holds seven patents in telecommunications, mobile education, medical instrumentation, and medical data capture. He is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Management and is a regular contributor to CNBC.
Miles Jennings
Founder and President
Miles has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2020. Before that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of publicly-traded Truli Technologies, Inc., and its hiring platform development subsidiary, VocaWorks, Inc., before its merger with Recruiter.com. Miles is an advisor to the Impact Worktech accelerator, Instill.so, reSET Impact, and is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Miles has contributed thought leadership on hiring, startup growth, education, and career development to Entrepreneur, TechCrunch, Forbes, WSJ, Inc., and many others. Earlier, he pioneered socially enabled websites and tools for the recruitment industry and created many of the industry's first and most significant social media groups, which now total over 3 million members. Miles is the President of CT Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a degree in philosophy.
Judy Krandel, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Judy has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since June 25, 2020. From November 2016 until December 2019, she served as Chief Financial Officer and then Senior Business Development Consultant for PeerStream, Inc. From March 2012 until November 2016, Judy was the Portfolio Manager for Juniper Investment Company, a small-cap hedge fund. Judy spent the earlier part of her career as an equity analyst and portfolio manager focusing on small-cap public equities. She currently sits on the board of directors of Lincoln First Bancorp and serves on the board of directors of Snap Interactive and Cynergistek in the digital media and healthcare cybersecurity industries. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance and the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago with an MBA in finance and accounting.
Ashley Saddul
Founder and Chief Web Officer
Ashley has served as our Chief Web Officer since July 2021. Before his appointment, Ashley was the Chief Technology Officer of Recruiter.com since August 2010. During his time as CTO, Recruiter.com emerged as a leading hiring platform, with the largest network of recruiters in the world. Before founding Recruiter.com, Ashley spent over a decade as a web application development leader and architect. Prior positions include technology management at Simpli, a search startup that was acquired, and at Bank of America, where he oversaw the development and support of mission critical, customer-facing systems across multiple geographies. Ashley is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise in digital marketing strategies, user experience and conversion. He pioneered the acquisition and creation of many early ecommerce-enabled websites, with millions of visitors. He is a graduate of Murdoch University from Perth, Australia, and holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
